Welcome to Talent Search National Olympiad (“TSNO”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, registering for any examination, or participating in any Olympiad conducted by us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not register or use our services.

1. About the Organization

Talent Search National Olympiad (TSNO) is an independent educational competition platform that conducts academic Olympiad examinations for students across India.

All examinations, awards, certificates, and related activities are organized and managed solely by TSNO.

2. Eligibility

  1. The Olympiad is open to students from Classes [Insert Range – e.g., 3 to 12].

  2. Participants must register using accurate academic and personal information.

  3. Students below 18 years of age must have parent/guardian consent before registration.

  4. TSNO reserves the right to verify eligibility and cancel registrations if information is found incorrect or misleading.

3. Registration & Fees

  1. Registration is considered complete only after successful payment of the applicable fee.

  2. Registration fees once paid are non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances mentioned in Section 4.

  3. TSNO reserves the right to change exam dates, venues, or format (online/offline) due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Registration fees are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

  2. Refunds may be considered only if:

    • The examination is officially cancelled by TSNO and no alternative date is provided.

  3. Refund processing time, if applicable, may take 15–30 working days.

  4. No refund will be provided for:

    • Absence on exam day

    • Late arrival

    • Incorrect registration details provided by participant

5. Examination Rules & Conduct

  1. Participants must follow all examination guidelines.

  2. Any form of cheating, impersonation, unfair means, or misconduct will lead to immediate disqualification.

  3. TSNO reserves the right to cancel results if malpractice is detected at any stage.

  4. In online examinations, participants must ensure stable internet and device functionality. TSNO is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s side.

6. Results, Awards & Certificates

  1. Results will be published on the official website.

  2. Awards, prizes, scholarships, and certificates are subject to verification.

  3. TSNO reserves the right to modify prize structure if required due to participation volume or administrative reasons.

  4. Decisions made by TSNO regarding evaluation and ranking shall be final and binding.

7. Use of Personal Information

By registering, participants and guardians consent to:

  1. Collection of personal information such as name, class, school, contact details.

  2. Use of information for exam administration, communication, and result declaration.

  3. Communication via SMS, email, phone calls, or WhatsApp regarding exam updates and related educational information.

TSNO does not sell personal data to unauthorized third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers strictly for operational purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, logos, question papers, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of TSNO.

  2. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or copying of exam content is strictly prohibited.

  3. TSNO reserves the right to take legal action against copyright violations.

9. Publicity Consent

By participating, students and guardians agree that:

  • Names, photographs, rank, and achievements may be published on the official website or promotional materials.

  • No additional compensation shall be payable for such usage.

10. Limitation of Liability

  1. TSNO shall not be liable for:

    • Technical failures beyond our control

    • Internet disruptions

    • Natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events

  2. Our total liability shall not exceed the registration fee paid by the participant.

11. Website Usage

  1. Users shall not misuse the website for unlawful purposes.

  2. Unauthorized attempts to hack, alter, or disrupt services will lead to legal action.

  3. TSNO reserves the right to suspend or terminate website access at its discretion.

12. Amendments

TSNO reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and will become effective immediately upon publication.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
